All prices shown on the site are in Swiss francs (CHF).
Prices include including all taxes.
Delivery charges are not included, unless otherwise indicated at the time of payment.
Souveraineté Suisse reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
The order is considered validated when the customer has finalised payment.
All orders imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Products remain the property of Souveraineté Suisse until full payment has been received.
Payments are made using the methods offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
The customer's account is debited as soon as the order is validated.
If the bank refuses to authorise payment, the order is automatically cancelled.
Delivery times are given for information only.
Souveraineté Suisse cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
In the event of missing or damaged products, the customer must contact us under 48 hours after receipt.
In accordance with the law on consumer protection, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Unless we are mistaken, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
The products sold are covered by the legal guarantee against defects in conformity and hidden defects.
All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Souveraineté Suisse cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the purchase or use of the products sold.
