Swiss sovereignty.
We are the Guardians of Independence.

Our democracy is in danger. It is time to act.

What the media keep quiet about, we analyse it.
What Berne is negotiating, we take it apart.

A citizens' movement for independence, neutrality and direct democracy

Souveraineté Suisse is an independent, non-partisan citizens' movement founded on 1 August 2025 - Swiss National Day - to defend the foundations of a free Switzerland in the face of growing threats to the Confederation.

In an increasingly unstable world, dominated by the logic of power, standards imposed from abroad and submission to the interests of a globalised technocratic caste, Switzerland can no longer afford to remain passive. As Swiss citizens, we must assume our responsibilities.

Our founding pillars

Sovereignty
Without sovereignty, there can be no free people and no democracy. Our movement is fighting to ensure that Switzerland retains control over its laws, its currency, its institutions, its natural resources and its economic choices.

Neutrality
Swiss neutrality is not a relic: it is a principle of peace and independence recognised throughout the world. We reject any participation in military alliances, sanctions imposed by other powers or bloc logic.

Direct democracy
The Swiss people are sovereign. Today, this non-negotiable principle is being circumvented, stripped of its substance or ignored by technocratic elites who no longer represent us. We want to restore power to the people.

Our objectives

Raising Switzerland's collective consciousness: through information campaigns, hard-hitting opinion pieces and action on the ground, we are making the current abuses visible.
Mobilising all generations around a Swiss ideal that transcends political divides.
Federate a network of peaceful and committed resisters: citizens, lawyers, entrepreneurs, farmers, soldiers, students, pensioners, artists... united to defend our common home.
Create the Swiss Sovereignty Foundation: a long-term strategic tool to guarantee our financial independence and carry out fundamental actions in Switzerland and abroad.
We are following in the footsteps of William Tell, Saint Nicolas de Flue and the Pact of 1291, as well as our great modern figures such as General Guisan, Henri Druey and Alfred Escher, the visionary industrialist and builder of modern Switzerland.

Switzerland has always stood up, against all the odds, to preserve its model, which is unique in the world. Now it's our turn to stand up.
