THE FINDING: A SOVEREIGNTY UNDER IMPERIAL TUTELAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Switzerland is experiencing a silent crisis of destiny. Behind the appearance of technical management, the Swiss National Bank (SNB) has slipped into a model of systemic dependence on the dollar bloc. As predicted by <strong>Ferdinand Lips<\/strong> in <em>Gold Wars<\/em> :<\/p>\n<p>\u00abA nation that abandons its gold abandons its freedom. Gold is not simply a yellow metal; it is the only mechanism that limits the abuses of governments and central banks.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>The pillars of national erosion:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>The lie of hard currency<\/strong> The franc has fallen <strong>94.9 % of its value<\/strong> Facing gold since 1971. \u00abStability\u00bb is merely a nominal facade concealing a massive long-term dilution of purchasing power.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vassalisation by the balance sheet:<\/strong> With more than <strong>360 billion CHF<\/strong> exposed to American assets, the SNB finances the deficit of a foreign state, subjecting the people's wealth to extraterritorial law and the interests of Wall Street.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The illusion of neutrality:<\/strong> One cannot claim neutrality when the central bank's balance sheet acts as a captive creditor to the world's leading coercive power.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>II. MONETARY AXIS: REFORM OF CREATION AND REAL ANCHORING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The current system allows private banks to create <strong>90 % of the currency<\/strong> ex nihilo, feeding a mortgage debt of over <strong>\u00a3100 billion<\/strong> which is suffocating the younger generations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nationalisation of the monetary debate:<\/strong> Limit private money creation through fractional reserves to stop asset inflation (property).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ban on negative rates<\/strong> Ring-fence savings in the Constitution. Negative rates are a plundering of Swiss prudence for the benefit of the banking system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gold sales audit:<\/strong> Hold accountable for <strong>1,300 tonnes<\/strong> dilapidated between 2000 and 2008.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00abGold is the money of kings, silver is the money of gentlemen, but debt is the money of slaves. <strong>Ferdinand Lips<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>III. GEOPOLITICAL AXIS: DE-DOLLARISATION AND ACCOUNTING NEUTRALITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neutrality must cease to be a slogan and become a reality on the national balance sheet once more.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Full repatriation of gold:<\/strong> The 1,040 tonnes of reserves must be stored on Swiss soil and physically audited. An asset stored in London or Ottawa is a attachable claim, not insurance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shield against extraterritoriality<\/strong> Prohibit the application of foreign laws (FATCA, Cloud Act) on Swiss territory. The data and assets of citizens must only be subject to the laws of the Confederation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Letter to the Empire:<\/strong> Remind foreign powers that a country's greatness is not built by vassalising its allies. Switzerland must exit the \u00abdollar system\u00bb to protect its autonomy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\">IV. PROPERTY AXE: PROTECTION OF INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The offensive against privacy is the prelude to a tyranny of taxation organised by unelected bodies (OECD).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The semantic lure of \u00abmoney\u00bb:<\/strong> Although the March 8th initiative was rejected, the Federal Council's counter-proposal is a dangerous manoeuvre. By using the term \u00abcash\u00bb and giving its management exclusively to the SNB, the state is removing tangible money from the control of the people.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resistance to total traceability:<\/strong> Refuse the automatic exchange of information on real estate and wealth. Completely transparent wealth in the eyes of a transnational authority is wealth that can already be seized.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physical cash guarantee:<\/strong> The Confederation must demand that cash remains a tool of freedom. <strong>Disconnected and elusive<\/strong>, and not a simple programmable \u00abdigital cash\u00bb by an unchecked central bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>V. <\/strong><strong style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\">GOVERNANCE: TAKE BACK CONTROL OF THE SNB<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The SNB has become a \u00abstate within a state\u00bb with a balance sheet exceeding 110 % of GDP. Its independence must not mean a complete absence of accountability to the Sovereign.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abIf Swiss parliamentarians had read and understood the lessons of monetary history, they would never have allowed our gold to be sold at rock-bottom prices for foreign paper promises. <strong>Ferdinand Lips<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Institutional action plan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Parliamentary Oversight Committee<\/strong> The era of the blank cheque is over. The asset allocation strategy must be debated and approved by the representatives of the People and the Cantons.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Establishment of the Swiss Sovereign Fund (FSH):<\/strong> Isolate foreign exchange reserves from the monetary mandate to invest in real independence (energy, metals, strategic infrastructure).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Real preservation order<\/strong> The Swiss National Bank must have a legal obligation to protect the purchasing power of the franc against gold, rather than aligning with the depreciation policies of the ECB or the Fed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>CONCLUSION: THE RETURN TO REALITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Switzerland will only be sovereign if it controls its currency, its gold, and its laws. The era of technocratic following and discreet vassalage must end.
